hi im 15 and been doing boxing for almost 2 years. i started boxing because i used to have alot of anger problems and fighting helped me calm down and ****. in my first fight i won and managed to kock him off his feet. my second fight was alot tougher and i lost by geting knocked down with bust mouth nose and was really ****** up i have lost sevral more fights as my convedence went and started to not enjoy spareing, ive heard of pogrammes and **** you can do to help you i have the powe,skill just not the convedence. i know that to be a good boxer you need to fight good boxers. but plz help me out. what should boxers be eating, i am 6,0ft almost and weight about 150 pounds i wanna bulit musle and **** i got my next big fights cumming up in octomber i train ******* hard but dont gain alot of musle. thnks for da comemnts
