I want to be goth, any tips please!!?

i am 14, female and like the 'goth' life style. i would love to turn goth and my mum (although she is not goth) likes them and wouldn't mind me being like this at all. are there any tips for hair though? i don't think that mum would let me have black hair, although i really want purple hair. does it matter what hair colour or style you have? also are there any tips for make up? (any other tips as well please!)

I am goth too, so I can help.  For gothic makeup, try black lipstick, black eyeliner, and the darkest eyeshadow you can find.  If you are not allowed to have black lipstick, try dark purple, with black lip liner.  For hair, you don't have to do anything.  If you really want to, but are not allowed to dye your hair, try grtting red and black highlights.  For clothes, you can wear anything black.

People who are "goth" don't go. "I wanna be goth". They are "goth" cause it expresses them The music they like is in that style thats their fashion. Alsoo. Your name is "Princess of life"? Haha, that shows how much more poser you are. Seriously don't try to be something if your not it. A goth isnt about having black hair listening to heavy meatal ect, just like being a girly girl isn't about having blonde hair and loving pink! Be who you are, don't just turn goth because you like purple hair or whatever.

As far as makeup "goths" Wear dark make-up usually no foundation, with just eyeliner and mascara occasionly eyeshadow. I'm just going by what I've seen! Anyways, good luck!

well you don't have to have black hair to be a goth but goths generally known for having a dark colour which includes black, dark purple,  Dark Brown, Even a dark blue. For make up goths generally have a really pale white face which can be done use a light press powder used all over the face. Another common make up must have for goths is black lipstick you can get these anywhere really from most shops and just apply it evenly over the lips. Plenty of black mascara and eyeliner. Eyeshadow is usually  silver,black, red etc.The photo below explains all. And its totally up to you what youu want to be dont listen to anyone else!

The fact that you have to ask how to BE goth is just sad.
