I want to be in Ads on t.v, but how?

Question

Hi, I really want to be on a couple of Ads on television. But I don't know where to go, or what to do.

I live in Tasmania, Australia so there aren't MANY choices what to do.

I am 15 years old, and a girl. (Just for reference)

So yes, will I be able to do any ads at this age? Please name some agencies and what I would have to do thanks.

I have heard of Clemenger Tasmania, and I am looking further into that, any information?

ok, well what i would advise you to do is look at some acting agencies. And dont go on the dodgy ones that are in local newspapers which promise you that you will be in adds. They  never work out.

Also, a little bit of advice (if you are going to get an agent) is to NEVER EVER under ANY circumstances pay for them to be your agent. They are working for YOU. they're trying to get you the job, benefitting from some of your profit.

I have been in an add or two and they are alot of fun to make. Try researching where the ad's chose there models or actors from. Usually this will be a talent/ normal agency. But sometimes the children in ad's just have connections.

Email me more on some of the best agencies in your area if you really want to be in ad's.

And just so you know, the people who cast children for ad's usually look for different ages. You might get one looking for 8 year old and another looking for pregnant mothers!
