well i tried looking up some or you but both websites i found had pop-ups. maybe you could try and copy the ads off t.v or just make up your own and do them infront of a mirror or even when your cleaning up around the house. practice your posture with a book on your head and when home alone, try yelling it and practice screams because they ask you to do all sorts o things in commercials.
