um,...well read magazines like seventeen, cosmo girl, teen people, shop at places like forever21, abercrombie, hollister,...wear bright colors.....idk how you become girly, you either are or you aren&#039;t, but give it a try

go on a shopping spree to forever 21, charolotte russe, wet seal, pacsun, victoria&#039;s secret, v generation, or go to some really cute boutiques. u must buy a cute summery dress. that is a plus. buy a cardigan to go with that dress so u dont have to wear a jacket on those cold days. buy some really cute jewelry, but don&#039;t go for chunky. thats out of style. bangles are always cute. get skinny jeans that flatter u and a pretty flowy top. buy some flats.
