Can I achieve this be self learning...?

Whats your IQ...?

Is my score higher than 100 because I think that it just gave a rounded number...?

Well, probably not.  You cannot even spell the word ACHIEVE.  That's like a fourth grade word.  Sorry, but 100 isn't that bad anyway.  It's average.  115 is above average.  Above average people typically can spell fourth grade words as adults.  You cannot, so you are stuck at 100. Sorry!

The more you read the more you up your IQ,and it keeps your brain fresh So that is always a bonus

In IQ testing, the number 100 is assigned to the mean "IQ" of the population tested (the peak of the Normal Distribution curve of test results), so while "exercising" your brain with IQ type tests may improve your score a couple of points, it won't it change much.

If your score is over 100, that means you are better at taking IQ tests than most people, nothing more, nothing less!
