to fight others to defence myself i m so weak i satrt shivering

    weightlifitng will give you physical strength and karate classes will boost your confidence!

Are you being bullied? i hope not, 'cause u'll have to be mature for that. but to get rid of weakness and to awaken strength you'll need confidence. start participatin in activities such as weightlifting(strength), yoga(awakening of mind + relaxation) believe in yourself and your (hidden) potential. once you do you'll get there. try karate too.


  5. when you shiver all that is is your body pumping adrenaline into your system in preparation for conflict.thats why people shake when facing a fight or conflict or argument,does'nt make you weak,makes you stronger.thats what adrenaline is for.

Well, if you have time, you can always learn self-defense such as Taekwando, Jui-jitsu, muai-thai, or even karate.  Aside from that there are numerous martial arts out there that would increase your self defense skills.  Working out alone does not answer your question but it does boost up your confidence about your self image.

    In fact, fighting is never the answer.  Find a group of friends where in you feel safe and secure with.  Fighting in numbers is better than solo-flight.  ;)

  8. I applaud you on your efforts. work out and get a good education. If helping others is your goal start by looking into education that you could help people like nursing or human services.

  9. The best thing to do would be to learn tai kwan do as it is all about self defence you dont notice it but it works maby buy a trampoline as it is fun and it stretches your muscles which can help your fitness.

    or just buy like a stun gun or something

  13. you have a low self esteem, you don't believe in yourself - you forget that God gives every human being the same rights and duties, so see around you - to defend the truth they are brave and fight (of course in modern world not physically). Shivering is a sign of fear and fear is the mother of all negative feelings. Be strong and brave hearted.
