Can someone give me healthy meals for breakfast lunch and dinner like fruit and veg and anything healthy and what are the best things to do for exercise.

  1. Here's what you need to do :

    1. breakfast : your first meal will be yogurt mixed up with some cut fruits such as : apple,peach,orange etc. it should satiate you.

    Afternoon: you can eat a salad with some cheese in a brad..it's kind of nice:)

    Now  you can exercise : i recommend you to do some stretching  and take a 5 - 10 minutes walk in the city:)

    oh wow!! evening already?:O

    Evening: salad with some soft white cheese and some sunny - side up:)
