I have been eating super healthy because I feel it's very important although i admit there are certain times that I get tempted! I am not a health freak I don't count calories but I do eat a lot of fruits veggies and steer away from junk food (which taste horrible to me anyway) and soda. I only get tempted to eat chocolate once in a while. I barely eat meat only chicken and I would like to stop that now. The two reasons for this is because I think it's disgusting what they do to animals and I really want to stop supporting it by eating them.My questionsHow to stop being tempted to eat chocolate?How to not be tempted to eat chicken / meat?How do I get the same protean as I would get with meat?Any good books on the subject?And how to tell my parents (they know I don't like to but how to tell them I want to be a full flesh vegetarian instead of eating meat once in a while)?
