They don't list the auditions online.

They send breakdowns only to Agents.

The agents will submit the clients they think fit the part best.

If you are a good actress then get an agent.

Being with Disney Channel, you have to live in LA because that is where the sets are.

start with classes at school then do plays at shcool build up your resume get experience! then get an agent and if you want to be succesful it will take years of hard work slowly climbing the ladder of success but if you get a chance to do somethign big go for it!

Move to LA. Audition there.

But i will warn you, it's not as nice as it seems.You're stuck under contract for a LONG time. And they turn you into what they want you to be. You're young and growing up, you're going to want to involve into being 'you'. Acting is fun because you're impersonating someone else's life, BUT. outside of acting you want to be able to live your own. Disney is not a company for that.
