Just do it.  Audition for everything you can find in your area.  If you are not cast in anything, you need to take classes.  If you cannot find classes...you don't need to be an actor.

Read.  Scripts for plays, movies, even commercials.  Books on acting, directing, set design, make-up, musical theatre.

Watch plays.  Learn from other actors and singers.

Watch movies.  Notice the difference.

Practice.  Then practice some more.  Take classes.  Audition for everything, even if it's a long shot.  If you get a part and have the time, do it, even if it's just community theatre.  Any experience, be it local, school, or something completely different, is good experience.

Network.  Talk to people in the business.  Professional actors.  Theatre teachers.  Legitimate talent agents.  Local directors.  Become an usher at a local theatre.

If you're under 18, talk to your parents.

First of all, who told you that you are a good actor...If you want to know how to get started, you can take the fast and easy way.... locate all the acting oportunities in your area and do them all. You'll find out in no time flat if you're as good as you think you are. And, as an added bonus, you'll get training and experience. These will go a long way towards making you the actor you want to be and not one you imagine you already are....
