That's not really a specialty in colleges, maybe you'd go into news journalism, but what is especially key for this type of career is connections.

You need a lot of connections and to work in large circles with the big cheeses of magazines, they can get you into whatever. You should really start thinking of this now, and remember, you need to be a people person, because thats a job that really goes up if you can be a people person.

But this is a tough, competitive line of work, so be careful, and don't keep your head in the clouds.

A degree in journalism would be a big plus. I don't think the college would make that big of a difference.
