I want to become a foster parent??

I feel like I could really help a lot of children, I am 23yrs old, and have a two bedroom house, I feel I could really do some good for some of these children that get dealt rough cards in life...any suggestions?

mekia, your an angel. i think that it's great that at a young age of 23 when most people your age care about partying that you have a unselfish heart to help unwanted kid's.
