  1. find a boxing gym.  or a mixed martial arts gym if you want to learn how to win fights.  boxers lose to wrestlers a lot if they don't know grappling and takedowns.

btw of course it's not too late, but the sooner you get started the sooner you'll get good.

  2. hmm ive been waiting for u young one. We must begin training now!

    FIRST! tecknigue.......not a word

SECOND! Your fourteen and 120 pounds no diets for u!!!!!!PROTEIN SHAKESSSSSSS

THIRD-Run A Mile everyday while carrying a boombox with the tune "eye of the tiger."(increases effectiveness by 20%)

FOURTH~! Find the biggest person in the street and pick a fight with them. (minimum 400 pounds) when u lose run 10 laps

    k bye

  3. Good Luck

  4. dude dont waste your time. your FOURTEEN you couldnt take one to tha mug anyway. plus you'll give up this dream by next week anyway

  5. Im 14 too, i am also a little over 5'6 and about 120, the only real difference is that i want don't want to go pro and my sport is mixed martial arts not boxing. Im gonna be honest with you that full contact combat sports like ours can be very stressful on our young and still growing bodies and minds, and you really shouldn't put yourself through this unless you are truely willing to do what it takes. And with the wimpy stuff that you wold hear from your mom and dad having been said, now it is time for your training.

Ok you need to get as much experience as you can get, so maybe find some friends that share your interests get some gloves and spar since some places won't allow younger kids to spar.

I can't tell you how much to lift or run because you need to make a workout that fits you and serves your needs weather they be for more cardio or strength.

As far as dieting goes, man you are 14 5'6 and 120 pounds what the h**l are you gonna lose by dieting. If you are like your body fat percentage is less than 5% which makes it near impossible and unhealthy to lose large amounts of weight. Besides if you are like me and like majority of american teens you eat a lot of unhealthy foods that would make it hard to lose weight nayways. You need to focus on getting your muscles bigger and staying in shape.

Good luck with your training and your boxing career, and if this is what you really want to do, then pursue your dream relentlessly
