(not vegan!) I'm thinking and most likely am going to become a vegetarian but i don't know how to slowly become one. i don't really know what foods that have all the vitamins I'm supposed to get and i need to know the healthiest vegetarian foods out there.i think what would be easier for me is to slowly cut out eating certain meats and eating something else instead. ex: pizza-- i usually get pepperoni.my dinner is basically a vegetable, meat, and potatoes/rice. what could replace the meat?i eat chicken which is the only kind of meat i eat besides pepperoni.
