I've been thinking about it for a very long time, I don't know how I would be able to fully convert!? I want to try for at least a month, to see how I feel and the way it goes. I'm unsure of what things I may need to stock up on? What should I shop for at the grocery store. Vegetarian's how do you like being a Veg.? What are your likes and dislikes? Please Help! Thank You so much!

  1. Meat substitutes helped me get started being vegetarian just because I really missed meat. Most of them are pretty good. The Morning star farm products are really good.

  2. My boyfriend has been a vegetarian for 15 years and has never been more happy since he stopped eating meat. I am not a Vegi but love Vegi sausages and burgers but do not eat much meat at all and love vegetables and most vegi stuff. I have found most vegi meat products to taste very very similar to that of meat so you wont miss out on taste! My boyfriends saying to everyone is "Each to their own" Meaning in his language everyone has a right to do what they want and make their decisions so if this is what you want GO FOR IT!!!

  3. Try some Indian vegetarian recipes

  4. Like others have said, start out replacing the meat in your diet with fake meat products like: Boca Burgers, Boca Sausage, Smart Dogs. Then get yourself a couple vegetarian cookbooks and practice making vegetarian meals. You will be eating a lot more vegetables so invest in a steamer.

  5. bean burritos. macaroni and cheese if u want 2 eat stuff that are made by cows like cheese and milk

  6. It gets a lot easier as time goes on. Just stock up on the fake meat products you can find. I personally like the chicken nuggets, chicken b*****s, ribs, bbq, and sandwich meat.

  7. I keep alot of vegetables in the house. Half of my plate at the dinner table is vegetables. I also love quinoa (a seed that resembles rice), which is a complete protein.

I'm a vegan, and it's great. My body feels and looks wonderful, and I have a clear conscience. Get ready for rude remarks, and countless questions about your lifestyle though.
