I want to become an Actress on Broadway when I go to College how do I Momorize all the words and get started?

How do I become an Actress on Broadway and become sucessful. And also how do I become known in the business, but Im not doing this to become famous but for the passion so how do you make a good impression for the acting directors and actually have a chance of being picked please help and give answers. If you are doing it for passion, it will show in your work. Passion is the most noticable trait...if its real it will set you apart from the rest. Have fun, and don't take it too seriously and it will come to you.
