I want to become an air hostess?

hi i really want to become an air hostess and my parents are agreeing with me i just want to hind out what requirments do u need like in lanuges weight height subjects studied ect. thank you so much

I would seriously reconsider this.  It may be a very long time before airlines are hiring again.  With the cost of fuel, they are retiring aircrafts, and laying off employees.  Before the airlines can hire again, they will have to give everyone a chance to come back that gets furloughed (laid off).  Even after all that, who knows where the airlines will be once you are old enough to apply.  If it's something you still want to think about, definitely try to learn another language, and when you are old enough, get a job in some sort of customer service field.  As far as height goes, it varies between airlines.  For the smaller regionals you don't have to be as tall as you do for the mainline carriers.  Where I work I believe you had to be able to reach a height of 82 or 84 inches.  As far as weight goes, they say you need to be "height and weight proportionate".   Hope this helps!
