I want to become an exchange student..

I live in canada, and I want to become an exchange student to germany. I'm 14, and Im wondering where and how I can become a german exchange student. Please give me any information, like how much it wil cost, if there are language lessons and everything. Links to websites will also help. 10 points to answer with the most help! I'd want to go to germany to learn a bit of the language, and to also meet new people. More information will be included.

you're supposed to learn german before you go over there. THEY are not supposed to teach you.
