I want to become emanicpated my father abuses me and i need help to do it does anyone have advise? i need it!?

my father calles me names all the time and he says so many things to me i cant deal with it anymore he has hit me a few times but now all he ever does is call me a ***** and a lot of other words he just doesnt understand how i feel like my mom died and he wouldnt no what i go through i may be really young but i no a lot of things about life and i just really need help a lot of tihngs happen to me and i wish someone would help i really want to be on my own and i no im ready please help me!

he is an incestious beast! ... i think you must live independently away from HIM.!! you said he hit u many times? why is that on the first time you didnt react or do the initiative to resolve the problem, you are just giving your dad a leeway to hit you all over again. poor you, you know i pity you girl so what i am telling you now is to do something that can stop his demonic acts against or towards you. you must help yourself and remember that nobody can really really help you but ..you! what we can do is just like this, we are advising you to move out and do something.. what if he hitting you would result into a child? see?

I agree; call the nonemergency number for the police and ask for advice. Don't call from home (use a pay phone) as the police are required to report child abuse, and you don't want to end up in foster care.Also, look in the phone book in the White Pages Business section for Legal Aid. It's a legal resource for low-income people. They can probably help you put together  an emancipation case, as they have attorneys. Good luck.
