I want to become friends with this guy but....?

i'm really shy. also he's older than me, i think he's either a junior or sophomore. i'm starting to develop a crush on him, but the problem is that i don't even know him, and he doesn't know me. we have the same lunch period, i always see him walking around the lunch room with some of his guy friends. i want to become friends, and try to turn it into a relationship. how do i approach him? and do you think a freshman would have a chance with a junior or a sophomore?

i think you should talk to him if you really like him .

maybe ttry to stand next to him in the lunch line, or smile at him if you see him . show him you exist.

&nd yeh you do have a chance, some freshmen dated seniors at my skoo .
