I want to become more flexible for breakdancing and gain strength?

I know that breakdancing requires a lot of balance so please dont answer me with that. I will like to know class subject like which ones help a lot dvd where i can learn it, any online material and what not

  1. i suggest cross-training like taking one of the following-

    -gymnastics

    -yoga/pilates

    -ballet
