the odds on the ladbrokes website is

2/5 to south africa to win

and

9/4 for england to win

NOW IF I BET A £10 on say each what would i win if say england win, and work out what i would win if south africa win? thanks.

No point betting on England mate - they have done fantastically to get to the final, but South Africa are going to win.

It means for every £5 you bet, you win £2. SO if you bet £5 you will get back £7 (Your £5 plus £2 winnings).

£10 bet you will get back £14.

You are better to try and predict the final score, or winning margin, or first try scorer to get better odds.

If SA win you get 10 x 2/5 = £4 winnings, plus your £10 stake back, giving you a return of £14.

For an England win, you'd get 10 x 9/4 = £22.50, plus the stake, giving a return of £32.50.

You need to put 5 pounds on to win 2 pounds, so with 10 pounds you will recieve 14 pounds .for SA  to win, and for England you will get 9 pounds for every 4 pounds so that would give you 22.50, i think
