I want to breed my Arabian mare, she is 23. Some people say she's too old others say she's good to go? Is she?

I'd say it just depends on what kind of condition she's in. You definitely wouldn't want to breed her if she weren't in tip top shape.

There is not a simple answer to your question. Has this mare been bred before?  How many foals has she had? When did she last foal? How was her health then? How is her health now? You really need to have your vet perform a pre-breeding exam on her. You certainly don't want to jeopardize your mare's life.
