I want to bring my friend to do something fun having to do with baking or cooking for 19th bday. any ideas?

He's already sort of good at baking so little kid ideas would be too easy. We're in the San Francisco bay area.

NO WAY!  You have to do this:

You live in a City with one of the best culinary schools!  Take him to the Careme Room at California Culinary Academy in San Fran.  You can have lunch or dinner and watch as all the students prepare it.....kinda like on h**l's Kitchen.

Baking and decorating any kind of cookie is fun for all ages...even adults!! Take your favorite sugar cookie recipe and make cookies of all shapes together. Then decorate them as you like and have fun!

If you are really inventive, build gingerbread houses.
