  1. Want it on the one hand, pick up dog doo in the other, see which one fills up quicker...but seriously...do you really expect to get a steerable Hovercraft for less than $100? Well, yes, you CAN - can you scrounge all the parts yourself, cut your own propeller blade out of a piece of wood, balance it so it doesn't come apart, make the fiberglass shell for the seat area, etc. ? No? Then you can't have one for under $100. You can find engines if you wait long enough, but getting a working propeller that's safe is going to be hard, and they're not cheap to buy, either. So good luck on that. Working with fiberglass is not easy, either. So, you can use thin wood, but it may not hold up. But you can make a Hovercraft out of wood, and water-proof it, to work. So really all you're left with is the propeller to acquire. And you may need TWO , since making a hovercraft with a split lift/propulsion system is very difficult. Most hovercrafts use two props for that reason, one for lift, one for push. Good luck on that effort, too.

When you wake up, think about getting a job ( or two ) to help pay for it. You'll need the cash for raw materials at least. Good luck!
