I want to build a bathroom in the basement using cement bricks?

I want to use cement bricks to build walls instead of wood because I want to build a walk-in shower. I was thinking about placing plumbing pipes inside cement bricks after breaking them. Is there a video online that shows how to do it?

I have seen my father doing it in Italy, but here in the USA they work more with wood.
