I want to build a cold store. What is its most appropriate design?

I want to build a cold store for potato and fruit. In this respect i want to know most appropriate design of the building and cooling system. Especially the insulation of walls from heat entrance

in andhra pradesh  city called Guntur .here may be 200-250 cold storages are there .for storing chillies.if u intrested building cold store came here and find.......in india guntur will frist place in cold storages....
