I have only 18 feet between the water line and the electric buried wire so can't build on lower level. The higher level has the telephone cable buried right down the middle of where I would have to fill in and build. There isn't room on the back of the property and the last place is full of trees. Is there any solution?

  1. Think about cutting down some of the trees.  Not all of them, but just enough to build a garage.  You may also want to ask the phone company if it's possible for them to come and move their lines so you'd have room to build.  Can't hurt to ask; the worst they could do is say no.

  2. u can build over the phone line.......or relocate the water line....
