I want to build a motorcross track?

i have 1.5 acers and i want to build mx track any body now what i should use to build the track with how to build the jumps. with a bobcat or laoder any one got any i deas what i sould use

if looking for a big track with tons of doubles or triples your going to need a d9 cat and a backhoe and you could need a dump truck as well to move the dirt from one stop to the other. i don't even know how big 1.5 acers are o i don't know how big of an area your talking about but you could probably get buy with a bobcat just a tractor with loader

We built our first track by pulling lawnmowers behind our bikes.

If the natural terrain is flat, you'll need to move some dirt.

Walk the route. Look for contours and natural berms.

a bobcat will b fine as its only a small track area..i suggest u dig a hole at various points these will act as bombholes and a good takeoff jump straight after use soil to berm up corners..some tracks mix sand and cement on faces of jumps to stop ruts just make sure the pitches r right u should b able to look on the acu site and itll give details of pitches spaces apart etc..once u done have fun and dont do any supermans lmao

You will want a dozer and a backhoe for a professional style track. You will want a lot of soil, but you want to make sure it is not loaded with too many rocks. You will need bails of hay and/or other soft materials for placing around the borders of the track, especially on the corners. You can probably do it without a backhoe if you don't want any really high points on the track. If you keep it flatter, it will be a faster track than if you had several high rising points on the track.

just so you know, if you plan on letting the general public use the course you will need various emergency service personel present for all racing times and you should check your local laws for this sort of thing as well.
