  1. You dont turn fat into muscle.  You build the muscle and burn the fat. Here you go chief:

    Try this:

    Monday

Bench press:  8 sets of 8 reps.  (use as much weight as you can, as long as you do all 8 reps in all 8 sets)  This will kick start your strength and tone.

    Dumbell curls: 3 sets of 24 reps decreasing the weight every 8 reps.  (i.e. 8 reps 25 lbs, 8 reps 20 lbs, 8 reps 15 lbs, rest 1 min, 8 reps 25 lbs, 8 reps 20 lbs, 8 reps 15 lbs, rest 1 min, 8 reps 25 lbs, 8 reps 20 lbs, 8 reps 15 lbs, stop)

Dips or Tricept extension.  4 sets of 8 reps.

    Tue: Cardio and Abs

    Wednesday

Lat Pull Down  4 sets of 8 reps.

Dumbell curls: 3 sets of 24 reps decreasing the weight every 8 reps.

Dips or Tricept extension.  4 sets of 8 reps.

    Thursday:

    Cardio and Legs

    Friday

Lat Pull Down  4 sets of 8 reps.

Dumbell curls: 3 sets of 24 reps decreasing the weight every 8 reps.

Dips or Tricept extension.  4 sets of 8 reps.

    Saturday

    Cardio and Abs

    Sunday

    Rest

When you can work up to 12 reps in a set, up the weight.

Stick to it chief and you will get there.  You will begin to notice results in  about 6 weeks, then you will really want to continue.  By then you will be familiar enough with the gym to branch out on your own.

Thank me later for all the chicks!

  2. Eat more protein rich food and do weight training especially to the arm.You can do weight lifting like carrying a bucket of water or lifting some heavy objects like sofa, chair from one place to another etc.Do it frequently in day time.If you are in school,in between class hours, put some weight in your (even stones) bag and simply lift and hold it and keep it down.Whenever you get time keep lifting some objects in your hand. You can see your arms are getting stronger.Don't stop push-ups.

  3. do push ups and pull ups and do weights

  4. Well if you just want "arm strength" and cant afford or not old enough to join a gym, you can get a very cheap dumb-bell set at your local Wal-Mart (or some place similiar). Start with alternate dumb-bell curls and very light weight. If your just starting out, just do one set every day, while trying to do at least one more repitition than the day before. So if you can do 5 pounds each hand 10 times, the next day you try for eleven and so on. When you get stronger, just add a little bit of weight and continue. Make sure you squeeze the bicep muscle at the top of the movement, and ease the weight down evenly. Your arms will get bigger in almost no time. Then hopefully with that added confidence, you'll want to work on the rest of your body.

  5. do the push ups against the wall.it works the same and you do not need to get on the floor...keep doing it,there is not miracle cure to give you muscles

  6. as much soft exercise as possible,

but make sure you dont injure yourself..

softer exercise will give you more muscle than hard exercise.

    it takes time.

be patient and have a cup of tea :]

  7. try weight lifting and push up against the walls like the 2nd person said.

And why not even do them in the shower
