first you should be able to buy your cows in the U.S. But why 5 cow. If you don't have a PB Bull then you will have cross breed cafes. Why waist your money. Now days you can get cow embryos,have them in started in any cows and still have you PB jersey and probably less money then going out side of the country. and might get lucky a get a bull in the out come

Hmmmmm....I think Jersey cows hail from the East Coast (ever heard of New Jersey?), so start there.  You have to travel all the way there, and tell everyone you see that you "need to see a man about a cow."  Someone will point you in the right direction.  Be sure to repeatedly ask the bus drivers and cabbies.  They're very friendly, and love to help.

Please do adequate research about the adaptability of Jersey cows to your your local climate. I do know of problems with the introduction of European dairy cattle breeds imported to parts of Africa; all the cows died because of their inability to adapt to pests and diseases they had never been exposed to.

By the way, Jersey cows don't come from New Jersey. They are from the island of Jersey in the Channel Islands of Jersey and Guernsey (Great Britain).
