  1. Southwest sells its tickets through its own website, phone reservations, and the airport ticket counter.  Unless you can find a local travel agent to book a ticket for you, you'll be out of luck -- Southwest doesn't sell its tickets through online travel agencies or websites.  (In other words, the only website where you can buy Southwest tickets is through southwest.com.)

  2. Flight 3418 leaves at 6 AM and you can book a wanna get away fare of $69.  If you do not want to go through Southwest website then it might be best to try a local travel agent.

  3. DONT EVER BOOK WITH travelgetaways4less.com!!! I took Kathy advice and it is the  worst advice i ever listen too. I called united airline to confirm my reservation and found out that YTB( travelget aways4less.com booking agent) has cancel my ticket. So I called them and they said no it isnt. So I called United and they said yes they did. I called back to YTB and told them to call United themselves. I got no apology and they said it was they mistake. They told me to rebook at a higher price than better. I told them to give me a full refund and GO TO h**l!!! United said that I was lucky that I called and confirm because alot of people dont find out that they ticket has been void till their fly date. Then they have to pay alot more for last minute flight at the airport.

  4. At this present moment, you can get a nonstop one-way Southwest Airlines ticket for $69 if you depart Portland at 6:00am and arrive at 7:30am (flight 3418), or depart 9:30pm and arrive at 11:00pm (flight 2650). Otherwise a departure and arrival at 6:45pm and 8:10pm, respectively, is $105 (flight 1750).

Flight 1750 (6:45pm to 8:10pm) is currently being shown as the best-priced nonstop flight from Portland to Sacramento at http://www.FareCompare.com. The price of that flight is $105. Delta Airlines offers a flight from Portland to Sacramento for a reported $92 on the date you specified. That would be Delta flights 1140 and 1192 as found on Orbitz.com. The downsides to the Delta flight are a departure time at 6am, a 6-hour layover, and an arrival at noon.

    Happy flying!
