I want to buy a Digital camera. Budget Rs 10000.?

I have seen some models like Kodak's C813 and M863. I am getting C813 at Rs 6800. Suggest me some other Cameras and also tell me what do you think about kodak C813.

It's a low end camera.  It has a small (1/2.5") sensor and will only take pictures up to 1/2 second long so it's not good for low light conditions.  It's good enough for casual use.  My opinion, look for one with a larger sensor (1/1.7") that uses a lithium ion battery.
