I want to buy a camera?

a digital one so i can take pics for a class next year i want to buy one but i dont know what kind to get it cant be really expensive its not required to get one and i wont have the class till next year and i want the camera now so what kind should i get and what is the price?

Wait until you find out what camera the class requires. Some classes require film SLR's, Digital SLR's, or any camera.

You can start saving now, put a little money away each week and it can add up.

You can get a film SLR for about $200 - $300 and a Digital SLR for about $500 - $600 new. Better bargains can be found in the classifieds, auction sites, etc.

you can go for cameras 3 - 6 megapixel if you want camera for your own use or if you want it for photograpy - business purpose go for 7 mega pixel+ camera. there are cameras of canon, nikon, kodak which are leading market player of digital cameras

Check with your instructor first ... the first few classes my require you to use a 35 mm SLR camera (under $200 with lens on craigslist in a city near you)
