No you don't. Save up for a car. Cameras shouldn't cost that much.

Im assuming that is $13,000???  If so, go with a Canon EOS-1Ds Mark III SLR Digital, you can get it online at some places for about $8,000.  Spend about $5,000 in a couple "L" lenses and you will be set!
