What is her favorite charity?  What does she care about?  Is she concerned about animals, kids, the environment, the homeless, .......

Give to a charity she cares about, not just a random organization.  My mom.... it's the Alzheimer's Assoc.  Hubby's mom... it's any of the breast cancer groups.

Most charitable organizations will have a website and some way to make a donation using a credit card.
