I want to buy a house in Chile, I'm currently living in San Diego CA,?

I'm planning to move there in 2.5 years, I would like to know how much woult it cost me to buy a house in Santiago, Monthly payments, etc.. I make a little ove $40k per year.

This can only be answered by someone working in a Real estate agency. I know one in Santiago which helped me years ago called "Hillside" (www.hillside.cl) which is also a relocation agency. See what they offer through their website, check the prices of houses and flats in different neighbourhoods there and see more or less what you want to spend on buying a house.
