  1. The answer is no, and the answerer that has mentioned obtaining residence due to investment is wrong here again. The residence based on investment has nothing to do with real estate, but with creating a minimum number of jobs for Americans I believe the number is 10.

  6. people assume that you cant get a visa for the US for property but that's not true.  large investments in real estate in the US fall under investment visa's.  and you can receive a visa for this, however it must be a large investment.  it will not give you automatic PR rights but you can receive a visa for this and eventually you can adjust your status.  but like i said it must be a LARGE investment.  and lawyers are almost always required to obtain this status because its alot of red tape and loopholes.
