I want to buy a used motorcycle-can I get one for under $1,500?

I don't really care if it's c**p on wheels, as long as it runs and it doesn't have ten billion miles on it.

If you search hard enough you will be able to find something.

I sold my 1995 Kawasaki Vulcan 750 with 16,000 miles on it for $1600 and it was in good shape mechanically and cosmetically.

Sure if that is your only criteria ? You don't care what kind, size, etc ?   Watch the newspaper or "auto trader"type mags - some deal only with bikes.  Want the best deal ?  Wait until Sept/Oct. when the riding season is over.
