I want to buy a video camera to watch my car from home ,,, what should i exactly buy ,,do you recommend any?

i just want to buy a video camera , want it to work 24 hours a day 365 days a year ,,

i want to be able to see it from my tv ,, or my pc lcd screen,,

i am new to this ,, what exactly should i buy , and for how much ,,, how to connect .. . .

all details and tips would be great

I'm not sure what you want - are you looking for a fixed camera that happens to be pointed at your car or do you want something inside the car itself?  Are your TV and / or PC at the same location?  Are they mobile?  Do you want to record the video?  If you're going to record it, what do you want to do with the footage - most surveillance video is too poor to be used in court.
