I am keen to buy agriculture land in canada.Can anybody suggest me the place where the land is cheaper but also closer to big cities.

  2. I don't know that any land next to cities is cheap anymore. But Saskatchewan could benefit from high grain prices and a renewed optimism. prices ahve already moved but may run some more.

  3. Depends what you want to grow. There are still areas within 2-3 hours of Toronto and Ottawa that are fairly cheap if you want to pasture some animals or grow small grains but you won't have much luck growing corn, soybeans or long-season vegetables on them. Try Renfrew or the Bancroft area.

  4. Saskatchewan. Do a Google search for the Saskatchewan Ministry of Agriculture or for Lane Realty in Regina.
