Nope, I would recommend a .117 Rifle over a plastic shooting glock. My opinion though. Have fun.

That's funny. No, you don't need any license, at least yet (wait till after the election, it might change). I'm pretty sure the 2nd Amendment protects your right to toy arms too. I'd like one of these myself. I did like spacedud recommended, but my airsoft buddies get really mad at me when I use my .17 rifle in our airsoft wars. Last time, Bill didn't even get up after I nailed him in the chest three times and yelled "I got you!" (I'm kidding of course).

no you do not, ordering one on-line would probably be your best bet, i have seen $200 full autos in store go for $60 online

Generally speaking a photo I.D. like a drivers license will be enough to prove your age and allow you to buy whatever airsoft stuff you want but make sure to check your local laws, some places may ask for 2 forms of I.D.

In many states, the only thing you'll need to purchase an air soft pistol is either your state issued ID or driver's license.  The reason is so that the retailer/seller can confirm your age status and the reliability factor is removed from the seller.
