what kind should i get?

what should i expect to pay for something that I can take care of, wont overgrow, and will last at least a year?

  4. Elephant Ears grow beautiful and does not take a lot of care and they cost about $60.00 for a little one with about four ears on it.. Please don't get a Fern.

  6. A ficus tree is the best for indoor. All it requires is a good watering every couple weeks and a good dusting every few months and a bit of TLC it will last forever. The price will vary as to the size you get, anywhere from $25 to$70.

  9. Ficus trees do well indoors--except they do have a tendency to drop their leaves if you move the tree around.

    Another benefit: Trees soak up the carbon dioxide and give off oxygen.
