I want to buy ankle weights but where?

My friend really wants ankle weights and I'm planning on buying it for him. I don't want to buy it online because it might not be safe. So do they have it in any popular stores like target or modells, please help!!

  3. mate I stongley sugeat you don't use them..... my knee is F***** up from using them so if you want to use them and end up paying for a knee sergery go right ahead.
