I want to buy back residential/commercial properties at a 60% discount why cant i speak directly to a bank?

Property value is 500000.00 sold to daughter in 2005 i am a discharged bankrupt from 2005 bankruptcy date 11/04/2003. total yearly rent yields £52164..00 p.a

Lord, for a 60% discount, gee, I can't imagine why anyone wouldn't jump on the phone and call you right back.

If the bank has policies for such thing, you  can get it but it also varies from bank to bank.  If not you can always buy new and less expensive house.
