It is available in most of the book shops, with title " Learn Telugu in 30 days ". Which will be having a choice of learning Telugu from your known language, say learn Telugu from Hindi / English / Tamil.....etc., the choice is yours. It costs around 25 Rupees only. In fact I learnt Arabic from English, with in 6 weeks. Good for beginners, and very handy, with pocket size. Try at any good book shops, near to your place. Ask for " Language Series " book.
