I am just planning in moving and i have a tight budget. where can i go on-line to buy cheap decor or small appliances. I really want to decorate my place with black and bright colors like red, orange, pink and so on. where can i go to look for cheap stuff. i've looked on the Wal-Mart, target, k mart, and IKEA web site any where else you recommend
