  1. yes you can.  just make sure once you have an account, don't fall for any of the emails stating they are paypal and they need to to verify information.  Paypal will not send out these emails.  If you need to verify anything, you go in your internet browser to paypal website, never follwo an email link.

  2. Yes Very Much So.. I have dealt with them for a few years now.. Highly Recommend

  3. Personally I love Paypal.  Been using it 2 years without a glitch, plus everything is backed up and guaranteed.

  4. It's not perfect

If it looks suspicius then you might think twice

My mom ordered one thing on ebay and got ripped off

but most of the things she ordered came

    the guy kept saying,

im sending it tommorow, or soon and other loads of garbage

    but paypal is pretty safe

  5. i dont know i usualy buy with credit card and yeah it gets to my house pretty fast 3-4 days from hong kong to california

  6. Paypal is safe, but make sure it's not a false paypal site... I've gotten an  email from 'paypal' and it asks to 're-submit your information' or whatever. there was a program on tv about it, and they said good tips are never to give information out from an email. They'll send you to a bogous site that looks almost real. If you're going to use it, make sure you go through ebay and not through an email. Also, windows has the new update called phishing filter.... It basically makes sure all the sites you visit are legit. Downloaded free from the windows updates.

  7. buy an rbd cd

  8. Yes, eBay owns Paypal.  Paypal was started, originally as a way for firends to exchange small amounts between them, let's say you go out with friends and each of you have Credit Cards, when the food bill comes, one of you pays.

How do the others pay him back.. got to the ATM, then break a $20?? OR use Paypal and transfer the amount to your friends account. -- That's how Paypal started.

From there more and more businesses started to use it.  eBay sellers started using it exclusively, eventually eBay bought them out.

So Paypal is eBay's preferred means of secure payment.

Personally, if a merchant or buyer DOESN'T use paypal, I don't trust them.

I had a foreigner try to scam me by saying he wouldn't pay using Paypal because he had "bad experiences with paypal in the past"  and wanted to pay using Western Union. Even though my listing said I ONLY accept paypal.  -- Suffice to say, it was a scam that I narrowly avoided.

  9. PayPal is extremely trustworthy. Your information is kept safe and the eBay seller will not see it.

  10. i have been using it for maybe 6 years and never had any trouble with paypal.  but you have to ignore the spoof emails that say they are from paypal but are not.

  11. I think paypal is pretty safe. I've been using it for a while and i've never had any problems. Its probably safer than any of the other payment options:)

  12. It is the safest and most secure way. I definitely suggest it over any other method. It's extremely fast too.

But make sure you ignore spammers. Spam filters are pretty good these days though.
