I want to buy jewellery for my girlfriend, have no exprience what is the best place online.?

First of all I'd like to ask is jewellery something that u can get a deal on.

Cauz there are stuff like electronics, clothing and whatever that u can find at a awesome price and there are stuff like well lets say houses in which the market sets the rate and you basically take whatever u get.

Is buying jewellery and getting bargain at the same time possible and if yes where would I go online (I'm not shopping at ebay).

I've gotten jewelry for 70% off before online from JC Penny. You should check the sizes though because the pictures are all big so they can be misleading.
